The hotel offered a comfortable and cozy room which was perfect for enjoying a relaxing New Year's break. The location was superb, with easy access to main roads, making sightseeing a breeze. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and helpful tips.

There were a few areas where the hotel could improve. The staff did not wear masks, and this was concerning given current circumstances. Additionally, some of the staff members were not in proper uniform, which gave the impression of a lack of professionalism. Finally, the take-away food was not properly covered, and the boy delivering it was seen talking on the phone while carrying the uncovered tray.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with its clean rooms and friendly staff. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast. Transportation and parking were both readily available, making it easier for me to explore the city. a convenient location.
